Recycle Hi-Line is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to helping Havre and the Hi-Line area become active in the recycle movement. We are dedicated to helping our community Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Re-educate. Here you will find out about the benefits of recycling for yourself and your environment. We want everyone to think about the environment and green issues. Why throw everything to the garbage when so much of this household waste could be recycled?
The mission of Recycle Hi-Line is to decrease the amount of recyclable commodities in the landfill by increasing recycling awareness in north-central Montana through education, by developing partnerships and recycling activities, and by seeking funding to create sustainable programs or expand existing recycling opportunities.

Please do a recycle collection at least once a month, I find that I have an overload of cardboard, newspaper and plastic and will end up going to Pacific – thanks
Hi Ann! Pacific Steel and Recycling and Recycle Hi-Line are going to have a monthly recycle drive beginning Aug 4th! We will be taking glass, a first for this area, and FREE electronic waste collection! Hwy 2 and 5th Avenue, 8 am to 12 pm. Thank you!
The landfill Board and I appreciate all the efforts Recycle Hi-line members are putting into keeping specific wastes out of the landfill. Every pound recycled helps maintain a promising future for our children to continue to have natural resources available to them. Keep up the good work!
Thanks Clay for your nice comment! We have a like mission with the Unified Disposal Board to keep recyclable commodities out of the landfill. We look forward to doing our part!
